This course is approved by FSRA for the Continuing Education (CE) cycle ending March 31, 2024.

Duration: 5 hours for Agents, 7 hours for Brokers

- Online/Self-Study
- In-Class Virtual Classroom, 9:00am start
- In-Class In-Person at CMBA Ontario’s Head Office, 9:00am start

Final Examination
All Agents & Brokers must complete the Know Your Products and Clients Case Studies:
- 3 case studies with 8 questions
- Multiple Choice Questions & Short Answer (i.e. open text answers)
- Unlimited attempts allowed
A certificate of completion will be provided
CMBA Ontario will report successful course completions directly to FSRA, please allow up to 72 hours
Refund policy
Online/Self-Study:
- No refund shall be given beyond 5 days of registration or if the first module has been opened.
- If within 5 days and no modules have been opened, a refund will be given minus 25% Administration Fees.
In-Class, Virtual or In-Person:
- No charge for rescheduling class if the request is made prior to the start of class.
- Refund only if request is received before the day of the class, minus 25% administration fee.
- No refund if request is received the day of the class

How do I get access to the course for free?
- You need to be a CMBA Ontario member.
- First, login to your member portal Here
- Get the coupon code, write it down. You must use the code right away because it resets every day.
- Next, login to the CMBA Ontario Professional Development portal Here
- The CMBA Ontario Professional Development portal is NOT connected to your Member Portal, therefore you might need to Create a new account if you are having trouble logging in.
- Once you have logged in, open the folder: CE 2023
- Then, click on the course that matches your licence type: Agent or Broker
- You will be sent to the payment portal, through Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account).
- Scroll to the bottom and enter the coupon code.
- Click on the button: Pay now with a Credit Card or Paypal.
- Your course access will be processed without requiring payment.
