Larry Martin

Larry Martin is both a Mortgage Broker with Oriana Financial Group, one of the top brokerages in Canada, and a career Firefighter.

Larry has been a Mortgage Broker with Oriana Financial for the past 20 years, serving clients ranging from first-time homebuyers through to multi-property owners. Over that time, he has helped his clients navigate through the many ups and downs of the housing market, providing them with peace of mind. As a strong relationship builder, Larry excels at his role bridging the gap between the lender and the borrower, helping to simplify the complexity around purchasing a property.

As a Firefighter for the past 22 years, Larry has faced many fires and medical incidents that threaten the life, property and environment of those in the community. Larry has been awarded the Medal of Bravery from the Governor General of Canada, in recognition of an act of bravery in hazardous circumstances.

In all facets of his life, Larry believes you should “Do one thing every day that scares you” (Mary Schmich) and leverages his ability to navigate through intense situations with a sense of calm in both his roles as a Mortgage Broker and Firefighter.
